Some like it hot, some like it sweet, but Honey, we like it all. This is barbeque-rumba orchestrated by coconut sugar, with the chipotle playing lead congas and the ancho chilli doing a little happy cha cha on the side. Hot. Sweet. Bold. Delicious. Cha-cha-cha!

Blackened
BLACKENING RUB
Named after a Metallica song this rub fears nothing with its big & bold flavours. A careful blend of two different types of chili and smokey paprika, backed up by the aromas of thyme and oregano. It’s spicy and piquant for sure, but not overly hot. No vanilla here, Honey…

Wake up, taste buds! Cock-a-doodle-do rub is pure delishness for the chicken barbecue. Yellow dots with turmeric, coriander and chili stand out in the full bodied taste character including bitter, sweet, salty and citric tones with garlic, onion, paprika, mustard, fenugreek, and cumin.

LOW & SLOW RUB
Take your time, Honey, and get the temperature down. Slow cook or smoke your brisket, beef or even pork ribs with a good rub of Mañana Mañana. The black pepper, flakey salt and garlic tones will enhance it all. A tiny bit of cane sweetness, celery and mustard too.

You’re in for a back rub, Honey? Get ready for some good thymes with Rub my back chunky beef rub. Bits of thyme, garlic, flakey salt and black pepper wrap your reverse sear and savoury steak in a delightful coat of yummyness. We added some dill seed too, but no sugar at all.
